School is actually very nice. If you ever took the time to listen to your teachers lecturing to you you’d find some subjects very interesting. But of course it also depends on the type of personality you have. Too bad you haven’t told me more about yourself because then I’d have told you what to do. But school is very important, if a learner isn’t interested in what they learn and is bored of it then they won’t learn anything and it isn’t going to get the learner anywhere so it’ll just be a waste of time, space, and effort. But I suggest surviving through the “boredness”, school will later become very interesting when you get to choose your own subjects, or have you already chosen your subjects and they are boring to you? Then change those subjects and find the one thing at school that is a highlight to your everyday life. Do your best in that subject or sport and you’ll succeed. If everything at school bores you, you are hopeless because I have never met anyone like that, at least something interests you. What is it that is fun to you? If it’s going to parties or something you are really hopeless but maybe you could become some type of party organiser when you get out of school. Math, Economics and some other subjects might build to this liking. Stick to what you like doing.

I’m 12, in 8th grade now. And I simply love school. Perhaps not Afrikaans because from what I know it is completely useless to what I want to do, but I still study it because I don’t like missing out on anything, I basically learn every subject available. I never give up, and even though Afrikaans is a bore to me I study it because I don’t like losing in anything, I want to be the best in everything and I am. Every other subject is absolutely fabulous to me and I do always get above the 95 percential. But enough explaining about myself, let’s get back to you.

You are bored of school. School is very important to your adulthood and life in the future if you are in elementary school you need to study every subject and make sure you understand everything by keeping yourself focussed on your teacher, in elementary school basically everything is important. If you are in middle school or juniour high as I am then you need to take whichever subjects you prefer and do your best.

This is about it, I need to start studying. Anyway PLEASE DO WORK HARD AND LISTEN TO YOUR TEACHERS. LIFE IS NEVER ALWAYS FUN BUT YOU MUST ALWAYS KEEP UP WITH IT, IF YOUR ATTITUDE IS BAD, THEN YOU MAKE YOURSELF BAD. PLEASE DO PAY ATTENTION. MAYBE SCHOOL MIGHT BE BORING TO YOU, BUT THEN HOW DOES EVERYONE ELSE SURVIVE. AT LEAST SOMETHING AT SCHOOL INTERSTS YOU?

Good-bye now, I have spent too much time explaining to you that school is important and it is you yourself that makes it so boring. Many precious minutes have been wasted.

Boredom with daily tasks is part of life for anyone who thinks and has an active imagination. The sooner you realize that you have to do things that bore you, things you don’t enjoy, but still do them well, the sooner you will be on the road to maturity! Now, for the good news. If you realize now, at a young age, that you are bored with the typical everyday stuff of life, you can move in a direction that interests you. Even in school you can be learning to do the things you enjoy, things that will help you make a living and be a better person. I was always bored in school….boredom led to trouble. I learned that I always needed something to think about, something to work towards. Start a business, write a book, create some music…..There are more things to do than you can possibly accomplish in one lifetime! Don’t be bored, get motivated!

Yes….just do it!

Take a moment to imagine what it would be like to live as a Hollywood star.. say.. Brittany Spears. The fancy cars, late night partying, driving without a license, and drug induced perma-grin. Yeah school’s probably a better bet! Get smart.

You are in school … it’s not exactly the most exciting place in the world. Read a good book.

Pay attention.. maybe take notes. You are in school.
