“Oh my God! Of course I will marry you.”

They walked away from the huge Christmas tree in Times Square knowing that they would live happily ever after.

We were on our way home from picking out Christmas tree. The tree strapped to the top of the car, Christmas carols blaring on the radio, Charlie Brown Christmas special will be coming on soon. My mom, my brother (Brennan) and I would unite the tree and bring into the house. Then we would start decorating. We always had to start out with colorful lights, then the purchased ornaments, and then those classroom arts and crafts marshmallow snowmen marshmallow ornaments. Then last but not least, the star would go on top.

After we finished decorating the tree my mom would make us, hot chocolate and I would try to get my brother to play with me. I would make him all sorts of promises…
