All schools are different. I know in new york, You have to have a minimum of 22 1/2 credits to graduate. I have already graduated from Whitney Point High in New York but the requirements are the same throughout the state.

Most consider high school beginning at the 9th grade although frequently grade 9 is held in a middle or junior high school building

In So. Cal. You need around 230 for most high schools and most adult schools only ask for 180. They dont require as much elective credits. I graduated this year from Fontana Adult School.

i am in 9th and go to arsenal tech inndianapolis indiana, theres is something here that is called “core 40” you have to get like credits in your main classes and some electives like gym and art
