Is there a University and/or High school focusing on Marine Biology and Animal Training.?
University can be in any state but High School must be in New York city.

I’m not sure of specific programs that specialize in that area, but here’s a little tidbit that I learned in my search for the right school for myself. When trying to find a school that specializes in a certain academic area, you would be most likely to find that institution in a geographical region that is somehow related to the subject matter.
For example, if you’re looking to specialize in government or foreign relations, I would recommend looking to out nation’s capital, namely, the Washington D.C. area.
And in your specific inquiry, you ask about marine biology and animal training. This would prompt a search in a coastal city that has the resources (the ocean or large bed of water) at their disposal to conduct the research necessary to specialize in that area.
You can consider a university in FL, TX or CA, these areas are most likely to be home to a well-known university and are coastal states.
