Middle school is REALLY tough, but you can do it. Remember these people cursing have no class and you’re better than that. If you go to a large school you will no doubt find some friends that are just like you.

By the way….IF you could take some kind of defense course such as TaeKwonDo or Karate that would help both your confidence and, God forbid, ability to defend yourself if needed.

Unfortunately, bullies are present in schools. Teachers are there too. Speak privately to your teachers and tell them that you are frightened and tell them why. They will refer you to the appropriate school officials.

Your parents are also there to help you. Let them know what is happening. Do not have secrets from them. They will also have ideas about how to help you. That is what parents are for.
