You do have more than 4 classes, though. You may have only 4 mandatory classes, but you have to have a certain amount of electives as well to graduate.

My classes are 60-65 minutes long and there is a fair amount of homework. I don’t get very much because I’ve lucked out, and I usually finish most of my work in class/spares/other classes, but there is homework.

There’s exams and post secondary education to worry about, as well. Projects, tests, assignments… there’s a lot of stressful points about high school. High school shapes your future.

Why would they make it easier. That makes no sense. You will have more homework, more electives and major classes to take. A full days of classes and a full night of homework.

I lucked out and did my homework during school hours so when I got home I didn’t have as much. I usually used my free period or lunch time.

I guarantee it will be harder.

other schools have periods like mine has 9 that are 42 min each.

i have a friend who goes to a school with a block schedule n she says its still hard even tho its only 4 classes. sure it may seem like there’s not as much hw, but it’ll definitely be harder than junior high hw.
