I once saw a bumper sticker on a vehicle that said, “Think education is expensive? Try Ignorance.” I try to remember that when I have to get up at 5-6 am instead of 9 or whenever i want to–AND I’M A TEACHER!!!!!
I went back to school at the age of 36 after being out of school for over a decade and that was verrrry tough. Now I’m 56 working in school and I still am taking classes! Sometimes it seems as if it never ends.
I believe the benefit outweigh the challenges.
I hate getting up early for about the first two weeks, then I achieve automaticity and stop whinning and just go to work and then to class–most of my classes go from 6pm til 10pm. then go home sleep and do it again the next day, at least two days a week (for class at night).

by the end of summer, sometimes I am looking forward to school because I am bored of doing nothing, or I am going to a new school and its nervous excitement. I just make sure I am used to waking up at 6 am so that its not a shock that I am waking up 4 hours earlier!

Yea… getting up at 6 opposed to getting up at 11. I have a test first period of the first day of school. 🙁 🙁 🙁 :(. Other than that it’s easy. But, after going back to school almost every year of my life so far, I’ve gotten used to it.

No I love school. Meeting new people and getting to know my teachers or professors depending on what school you’re going to.

i dont find it hard except that my writing is usually messy because i havent written anything for a long time but i get over it by about 4th lesson
