I gave a bbgun to a friend at the start of school. At lunch time he shot someone with it and grassed me up. Ive told the school i had to intensions to used the gun agaisnt a pupil. Ive been excluded 5 days with the threat of being expelled. What do you think will happen?

By law, before they expel you, they have to give you a chance to state your side of the story (due process). Make sure you have witnesses stating that you were simply bringing it to school to let someone borrow it and take it home.
Why the heck would you bring that to school?! What do your parents think about that?

Good that your school has not given you the maximum penalty, you were only given 5 days suspension with a threat of expulsion, Yes you have no intention to harm others, but because of the fact that the bbgun you owned is used on harming others, you are an accessory to the crime
If you will not ask forgiveness from your schools authority and promised not to be involved in other activities against your school rules the worst penalty well be handed to you, so be care full
