Im working hard as a high school freshmen will this help me in the long run?

I’m a freshmen in high school. It’s getting me paranoid. Right now I’m getting really good grades but it’s so stressful. All my friends seem to not do as much and have a lot of free time hanging out with friends except me. I get homework in every single subject and spend hours working at night. They go home with a notebook or nothing at all while I’m holding loads of books. Everyday I think about the classes I’ll take later on school, school, school. I basically have little social life.

My question is since I’m working so hard and getting the grades will this help me in junior and senior year to just kind of chill and be more relaxed.

Basically my main goal in high school is to get those perfect grades and junior/senior year I’ll be able to not be as tense and have to worry about going to a great college.

I need your help, thanks in advance!

The best thing that I can tell you is that high school does not really get easier as far as studies go. However, if you continue to work hard, you should be able to get into a better college. Keep working hard and you will get farther in life than your friends. High school isn’t about social gatherings, even though most people will tell you otherwise. I was once in your shoes, and I do not regret my decision to work hard in school. I now live the life that I have always wanted and I am very happy in life. I wish you all of the look in the world.
