im going to 10th grade….?
is their anything in peticular that i should know or be learning now? (or) when u were in 10th grade, what did you learn (so i can keep up? (cos im stupid)

How about waiting tilll you actually reach 10th grade to worry. If you were so stupid to be not be prepared then you would have been held back.

Biology, Geometry, English, German, Wood Shop, P.E., and U.S. History were my classes. I think the important things to remember from 10th grade was to read the texts and your notes carefully, make new friends and relax, and think long term about what you want to do, so you can choose your elective classes to meet your needs. I also worked 20-30 hours a week. Ex. Take auto shop if you want to become a mechanic.

I’m also going into the 10th grade. But, you shouldn’t be worried. If your teachers or parents had any doubt that you wouldn’t be able to handle 10th grade they would have held you back. Plus, you met the states requirements to pass 9th grade, you must not be as stupid as you say. Good luck. =]

Nothing special in 10th grade… Same year same year!
What you need to prepare is your study time. You’ll need a lot of time to study because the lessons are more complicated.
And also, you need a good rest in the night. Don’t ever fall asleep in class or you’ll loose any material.
One more thing! Sit on the front row! That’ll make you concentrate!

Don’t ever put yourself down (like calling yourself stupid). Just make sure you mange time like if you are in a sport make sure you have time to do homework. Don’t sweat it, 10th grade is just the beginning of FUN in school. Make sure that if you have projects or reports to never ever do them the day before they are due (because they will turn out crappy and very noticable to teachers). Good luck!!

just relax, you can always get help from a teacher
social- try not to feel like everyone is judging you-they’re not
be open with people and try to make new friends
