As far as neighborhoods, stay away from the westside, northside, downtown, and orange park away. There is actually a very small area that is acceptable, and that is the beaches area. There are some neighborhoods off of a road called Hodges. there is an excellent school there called Chets Creek. This would be your best bet. Another good school is Abess Park. Another one would be Twin Lakes Academy. Sabal Palm, Neptune Beach, and Jacksonville Beach are also good.
