Second, be familiar with your school. If your high school has orientation, go to it. If they don’t, call the school to see when you can go by and check out your schedule, and maybe even pick out a locker, if they don’t assign you one.
And remember to be yourself. =)
Don’t freak out, and GOOD LUCK!
High school is nothing like the movies, and people make too big a deal about it. But like I said before, it depends where you live. Good luck : )
First off Public Schools arnt as bad as they may seem. First off, find a croud that you would fit in with. Wether you were, emo, prep, jock, nerd, exc… Once you find a friend they will show you around. Just Remember that this is their 1st year also, so you can learn along with them. Teachers will help you find classes so dont worry.
GOOD LUCK HUN!
I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL SURVIVE!
1.stick with your friends and make new ones. just be sure that they’re good influences, or else
2.don’t break any rules
3.get good grades in class and you’ll pass
4.recite and participate during class discussions
5.do your homework, read ahead, and get enough rest. one cannot sleep a lot during class hours
p.s.i’m only a sophomore, but I hope I helped! 🙂
As a result, you could be resented both by these other unenlightned students and the teachers alike. You may have to conceal your advanced ability and superior knowledge to survive. The school system today closely resembles a prison system in many regards.
Why did your parents switch you over? This is most unfortunate, in my opinion.
