First of all, there are lots of good, smart things in the books. You learn from them. If you see the word that you don’t understand – look up at the dictionary, and boom! You know a new word. Books are the best thing you can learn from. There are books about everything in the world! Besides, it’s fun. I don’t like writing, and I don’t understand why is writing good for you. And in future, information that you found out in the books will help you. I think. Read a lot. It stimulates your brain as well.

It gives you the advantage of being able to effectively read and write the English language. Being effective with the English language will give you the advantage of being successful in school, being able to read the form on that job application you’ll probably fill out when you get older, being able to read and understand a contract when you get a job, buy a car, buy a house, get a cell phone, etc. There’s so many advantages to it, so keep doing it, and practice your spelling. 🙂

There are very few jobs out there that wouldn’t benefit from good reading and writing skills. It’s very important in college. The ability to express yourself clearly and comprehend material is imperative.
Also, ‘alot’ is two words, not one. A lot.
