Considering your incredible lack of grammar, spelling, and overall language skills, I would think you’d be better off working on academics. You’ve apparently already spent way too much time with friends.

Don’t pick a school because of your friends. Most likely the friends you have now will not be your friends 10 years from now. Sure, you say they will, as do all teenagers, but rarely is that the case. You will make new friends at a new high school. Pick a school based on your academic interests so that you can go to the best possible college and make something out of your life. Spending more time with fair weather high school friends is not worth your future. Good luck!

I was in your situation too and I chose academics. They won’t be your friends forever, you could also keep in touch with them even if you go to a different school, like me. You will be missing out on a good oppurtunity to get a better education if you choose friends over academics. You’re going to have to stop leaning on your old friends and make some new ones anyway, especially if they’re to blame for your grammar and spelling.
