well for me i find it better with someone who is studying the same thing and needs to study. i generally get them to ask me questions and answers and then vice versa. They say teaching is the best way to learn.. so explain things if they get it wrong etc. If that isn’t possible i make notes, and put down everything i need to learn . when i know it i tick it off. also i make little quizzes with questions that i think might be asked or just ones that I’m not good at specifically… i hope this helped good luck with your exams.. also being organized really really helps i got organized last year and it made me less stressed!

How to revise? Plan _well_ in advance. I mean, look how many pages you have, consider realistically how many pages you’re able to revise a day. (for example i can get through a smaller quantity than my peers, but I’m honest with at least myself, and therefore my schedule for revising leaves enough days to finish everything) I don’t really know what more to add, other than…don’t just read the material. Concretely _memorize_ it if necessary. The dates, listings won’t fly into your head otherwise.

And a final note, if whilst studying you realize that today is really not your day and cannot concentrate for the life of you (and your not that hard-pressed to do so), leave it. There are two options: sitting down and deciding to study hard, with 100% concentration, or not studying althogether. Sitting with a book in front of you and brooding is not an option and you just waste your time. So if you’re not actually studying, just reading or something, you better do something altogether different just to “recharge” yourself. 🙂
