I have read so many times in newspaper articles that before sitting for study take a newspaper and select a paragraph and circle all e’s in that paragraph. This improves ur concentration. If u

can’t sit for long hours, sit for 45 minutes(Quality study) and then take a ten minute break. Then again go to study. In that ten minute break relax urself.Don’t take too many breaks.

Keep ur sitting posture correct, don’t waste ur energy for example, people have habit of cracking their knuckles or dangling their legs.Avoid it.Make sure that there is nothing distracting on the study table like computer or T.V etc. Also try to curb ur eating habits as it is a major distraction too.

Have a adequate sleep.Make a feasible timetable and stick to it.

Also meditation also helps improves one’s concentration.10 minutes daily is enough.Make sure u r doing the breathing right, inhaling, exhaling etc.

Thats all i can think of right now.

Good Luck ๐Ÿ™‚

One more thing, don’t put too much pressure on ur kids, it will irritate them.Have a healthy environment at home. And try to be friends with ur kids.I am not saying not to scold ur kids but don’t cross the threshold.Thats a little tricky.

Good Luck again ๐Ÿ™‚

Have them do their homework once they step foot inside the house and they are not allowed to do anything untill their work is done. Or maybe try to relate their homework to real life, if you can’t think of a way to relate their homework to real life try asking their teacher for a few ideas. I know that when I was younger I had a hard time doing homework for no reason or no reason it seemed to me. Once they see that they are learning something that can help them out then they may find it more interesting, and they may try to adapt their homework to their lives in other ways

Take stuff a way like the game console and any thing else he/she likes..

Parents: if you want your kid to do every thing you say, you must put fear in to them..when you yell they should shiver.

But as far as home work goes, take his/her stuff away and give it back when he/she gets A’s..

I feared my pops, when he got mad I gotta moving…now I am older and I have a gr8 relationship with my pop…
