At my school every teacher has a laptop and rooms are equipped with (not sure of the appropriate name) projectors that can hook up to the laptop and display the information onto the screen.

We also have four 30 seat computer labs that teachers can schedule time it. there are also a few class rooms that have a computer for every student. Last year my geometry class was in one of those rooms and we used something called sketch pad daily to help the lessons sink in.

So the resources are there at my school, its just a matter of whether the teacher feels comfortable using them and has a reason to add it into their curriculum.
