how do you sign up in a club for high school??

At my school they have announcements each morning. When a club is having their first meeting they announce it a couple days beforehand with information like the time and place of the meeting, and what kind of stuff the club does. They also might put up flyers or posters around the school as a reminder. Then if you’re interested, you just go to the first meeting and they’ll explain everything you need to do there.
It’s different for different clubs. Some might have you actually sign up on a list, but some might not. There might also be an email or phone list you have to sign so they can let you know when meetings are. For certain clubs, you have to pay dues (usually just a couple dollars). You can ask an older student or the club adviser if you have any questions, or just wait until they have a meeting.

If it’s a teacher run club, you could ask them. If it’s a student run club, like guitar, you could most of the time just ask people who are in the club how they joined. I know at my school, they’ll just take you into a club without you knowing anything about it.
