It’s not impossible, but honestly it will be tough. If you have great extra curriculars and letters of recommendation, you may still have a shot.
These are the average GPA’s for each of those schools.
FSU: 3.62
UCF: 3.57
USF: 3.61

You should be able to with no problem. Most colleges/Universities will accept 2.00-2.50> as an entrance standard. Some may have a higher (assuming you are seeking a continuation of a Bachelors degree and not a Masters program) depending on the college, Business, Engineering, etc.
