Can a HIGH SCHOOL RANK CHANGE DURING THE SENIOR YEAR?

Yes, it definitely can. I remember even in the last semester the valedictorian at my high school was stressed out because every grade mattered in whether she or this asian guy was going to be number one. Your rank can change all the way to the last few days of school.

It depends on how your grades go. Like last week, i found out that my class rank from my freshmen,sophomore, and junior grades was 9 out of 395 students, but that’s not gonna be my final rank. After the first semester of senior year, that’s when I wil find out my class rank, and it could go up or down or even stay the same depending on my grades that I make this semester.

Yes, but you have to work really hard in the first semester. After the first semester, the rank is set for the year.
If you’re taking weighted classes, you can get even more credit as long as you get that A. usually A’s are worth 4 credits, but if you are in a weighted class and get an A, you earn 5 credits, and your GPA will rise even more.

Yes, it changes every marking period depending on your grades and everyone else’s. Your GPA is what makes your rank, so if that changes, so will your rank.

I don’t think so. Well in my school, the ranks were calculated by the end of our junior year
