1.little course help..?

i have a few questions about the courses im selecting..

1. well i have selected phys.ed (gym/health) currently and i could select computer engineering… the reason i want to change is;

1. im kinda over weight

2. for the future i want my job to do with computers…

but the problem is that my teachers tell me that gym/health is a very important subject and that i should take that.. and the rest of my schedule is like perfect so i don’t wanna change nothing else.

second;

ok so my second question is that my school offers a special advanced program and well i took most of my courses cept math and science at a acedemic level, what would you guys suggest on me taking.. should i stay at a acedemic level for them or go to the advanced course of it.. the reason i took the lower course for math and science is because i have a little trouble with them but im still thinking if i should change back or maybe just change one.. (i have more difficulty with math)

I’d say stick with the good schedule and don’t push to hard on the academics. Achieve mastery first, then advance.

As far as computers go, you can learn yourself. You have the internet. You have a computer. Go find some junk computers and build a couple. Set up a network. Build a webpage. You don’t have to have ANY credentials to work with computers. Although some companies require degrees, most look for people who can do the work.

Hold to your schedule, make sure you understand the math and science before you advance or else you could wind up with a failure instead of an easy A.

If you are going to a state university, most of them look at your overall GPA for admission and scholarships. Pushing yourself to hard could cost you.

Well, if you need to take phys ed (like for graduation requirement) than take it. If not, and your really interested in comp eng. switch to it. Are you willing to change the class and maybe mix up your schedule? I think thats not the main importance but you should pick…

If you feel that you can do good or ok in adv prog. than go for it… if you can drop the class after a week of seeing how it is than just try it out and see how rigorous it is. If you feel that you can handle adv science or math, I say go for it. You can always ask the teacher for help…

Well, hope this helps!
