what about using little pictures of ghosts for how many steps the children have to take to go to the next stop then its math and ghosts :O)also for activities maybe best halloween picture or most unique halloween candy carrier or maybe get them to make decorations for the class or a halloween based treasure hunt thats always fun

You could set up “stations” around the area; i.e., 1st clue “you must see the 2 ghosts of creepy hollow” and have one station with 2 ghosts standing guard of the 2nd clue (or you could have a card for the clue with a picture of 2 ghosts), the second card/clue could have 3 ghosts or 2 ghost and a black cat, and a station to match with 3 ghosts, etc. You get the idea, lol…

Jesus is not a fairygodfather… I repeat is NOT a fairygodfather. Prayer is not just asking God for things and expecting them to happen. Prayer is communion – a give and take/ talking and walking – between God and a person or a group of people. A two way street!!! Adam & Eve (before their fall) walked and talked (had communion) with God. All of their needs were fulfilled – they didn’t have to ASK for things. God knows our needs even our wants. Worship God in Spirit and in Truth!

Oh! I love this one! Use styrafoam peanuts as Ghost Poop. Guess how many poops in the ghost potty, trail of ghost poop, ghost poop as a prize for correct answers (trade for better prize at end of lesson/unit).

Bubble wrap taped to the floor for a Creeky Bones dance.

Have fun!

It’s not really in keeping with the Halloween spirit, but I like to do lessons on skeletons and bats this time of year. It’s a good time to introduce the children to their own bodies, and to learn about furry little mammals that do us a favor by eating lots of mosquitoes! Last year, I read a book call The Skeleton Inside You and one little boy was a little disappointed. “You mean, skeleton’s aren’t mean and they don’t really hurt you?” LOL Couldn’t help but chuckle!

we did a ghost hunt for my daughter b-day one year. I made a bunch of ghost out of suckers and tissues. then did it like an egg hunt. The kids loved it.

You should not teach children these evil things. G-d help them, and you!
