For the indoors don’t be afraid to share some of your things from home. At times I’d brought my keyboard and allowed the kids to play (with careful supervision, of course). Have times of show and tell; kids of that age love such things.
I Spy is a good game. There’s a drawing game I like to play. Rules are very simple: 1) There is one person that tells one or everyone what to draw. Everyone else has to draw everything that person tells him/her to draw. 2) If you are the one that is drawing, you are not allowed to see what you’re drawing. Essentially, you are drawing blindly. If the drawing looks weird, that’s the whole point; if it doesn’t look weird, the person drawing is peeking.
Wouldn’t hurt to have P.E. indoors or outdoors. Heck, have the kids take turns to coach from day to day. Don’t do anything too strenuous, of course. You could even have some “track and field.” Dashes, relays, hurdles (jumping over fallen branches), shot put (with a tennis ball), etc..
Just use your imagination.
stories and songs are also good, and clapping games. using cooking cutters as either tracers or play-dough cutters is also pretty fun. and if you’re organized enough to put on a small , 5 min. max play, i really suggest that. base it on a fairy tale, like little red riding hood, but make up some characters so everyone has an equal role.
