In Chinese culture, the seventh day of the first moon of the lunar year is known as Human’s Day to be celebrated as the universal birthday of all human beings.

Basically the number seven has its roots in a lot of cultures and religions. In the Bible the number for Satan (and sometimes evil) is 666. The number for God is 777 or just 7. The number 7 shows up several times in the Bible. So it became lucky a long time ago. Next ask if seven is lucky why is 13 unlucky 🙂 Oh and that other guy stole part of my answer…lol
