I already have an authenticated diploma and tor but someone told me that it does have a 1 year expiration so I need to apply again.

If you have earned a diploma it is yours forever and there should be a transcript on file that you can get a copy of.

This does not mean, however, that the courses you took for your diploma will always meet the criteria for course work required for your profession. For instance, teachers are usually required to take additional courses to keep up with their profession.
