well I dont know what school your talking about, but they are probably trying to protect themselves from over protective parents that would get upset or maybe a lawsuit. A school is not a public place and can do what they want. luckily we are in the USA and can go home or somwhere else and access it. There are place in the world that block much more,even if your in your own home. The internet is a really free place right now and wont always be like this, restrictions, taxes are a sure thing all governments love to make rules. It never well end. They make more and more laws everyday. Just be glad your as free as you are for now.
