Why Does The Change In Air Make You Tired?

I have just been away for a few days to Lincolnshire (UK)

Anyhow whilst I was up there the change of air made me so tired while there.

Now I am back home I am ok.

This is a common thing. But why does the change in air make you tired?

Answers appreciated.

Thanks

there is a simple reason to it as our body is not habbitual to that new Weather and thus it takes some time to adjust with the changes in the air and also due to change in air our body need to warm/cold as per the requirement and it takes some changes in our blood circulation hence resulting in tiredness sort of feeling

Well, besides the change in time (jet lag), your body also took in the forces of the ride!

What you are feeling is totally common. It is probably the G-forces that made you so tired.

I have a close friend who is a pilot and he can tell you even though he never flew across a time line, the flight still takes a toll. (He is was a Navy Blue Angel.)

It is because you are adapted to your homelands air. But the sudden change resulted by making you tired.

maybe the air is more moist or less oxygenated.

or either the air is cleaner or a bit more polluted.
