keep a study kit (a study kit is something that you use to help you) in that you need: highlighters, a pencil-led pencil, a good not smearing pen, note cards, a dictionary (get those small pocket ones – or any of the ones you have are ok too) a calculator, a ruler, erasers, paper, and paper clips. it’ll be good to keep these in a ziploc bag.
then when you need to study for vocabulary words use the notecards to help you study….write the word down on the front and the meaning in the back—try remebering its synonym/antonym.
you will remember MORE if you study in the DAYTIME not at night…you will automatically forget the next day if you study at night.
take alot of notes in class and go over them atleast 30 minutes a day on the weekend.
study for 50 minutes then take a 10 minute break.
ok i hated history class- i couldn’t stand that annoying subjects and stuff- “eww!” “ugghh” yup i hated history…ok but then i started going ino it and thought why its important and i had a goal…i had to gt a good gpa for college so i put myself to study study and study for it.
i totally totally hoped that helped =]
Good Luck.
