No one is. There are so many types of intelligences (interpersonal, spacial, sub disciplines of math, biology, art). Also its impossible to create an unbiased IQ test

I read several of the answers before mine. One refered to the guy in a wheelchair, another to Hawking. One and the same – Steven Hawking suffers Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis – Lou Gehrigs Disease – and is confined to a wheelchair. He is smarter than anyone on the face of the earth in his disciplene – physics. He could give Mr. Einstein a serious run for the money in smarts.
How does one measure? I would say intuitiveness and creativity. Achievement is their result of their proof. Test scores are a measure of how much a person has learned of someone else’s creativity, not their own.
Think your own thoughts, do not accede to the thoughts of others.
