Please tell me any techniques which will help me to memorize a big chapter(30 pages) within 20 minutes.

Unless you already have a photographic memory, I see no hope for doing it this way. May I suggest that you plan to take longer than 20 minutes? The only way I could more or less memorize 30 pages would be to study for as long as it took, which would surely vary from person to person.

Did u ever read about the scent/memory connection? there was a study about reading or studying while having a certain scent-say a vanilla candle burning- then that same scent can hep you remember it later or some such thing-please research if you want more I cant remember where I read it.
