Senate, when its referring to a specific body, i.e. US Senate.
Senator and representative when it’s used as the persons title.

OK if you are saying that senator, but not referring to any specific one then you don’t use the Capitalization. If you are saying Senator X then you capitalize it because you are using it as a title.
