whats a well recognized qualification if i want to become a lab technician?
i have a BSc in biotechnology and i wanted to know what certificate or diploma course is well known to take up this career..is something like city and guilds good?

I have a BS in Molecular Biology and work in a Chemistry lab. I didn’t need any certification or diploma. If you want to work in a research lab (ie St. Jude’s) you would need a Masters. If you want to work in a hospital lab, you need a Med Tech license. Most industrial labs don’t require any training, they will usually send you for extra training they want you to have.

Depending on what you consider a lab tech….working in a hospital lab, or a science lab etc…
I am a medical tech in a hospital and I have a Bachelor in science for Medical Technology and a minor in chemistry.
