Are you sure that’s in a part of the application where you’re supposed to write anything? It sounds to me like it’s a place for people READING the application to rank it… and you.
Separating people who are not following directions (like writing something in a part of the application you’re supposed to let blank) is one quick way of sorting through the applications for people they want to consider further.

Do you mean referrence? put relatives that know you, my college has my refrences write a letter of reference staing what my chracter is, ie, eager to learn stuff like that. They will want this reference as a source to ever get ahold of you to collect on school funds if they can’t get ahold of you, and also to be a reference for you.
