is there any vocational/trade school in nyc that is for low income earners or that has low tuition or that is a government sponsored program?offering courses like electrician,painting,plumbing,havc tech,welding etc

In order to get this information for yourself, you can try a couple different approaches:
1. Visit your local junior college and talk with a career counselor there. They will know what the other junior college/tech colleges are in the area.
2. Talk to a person who works in the field you are interested in. Ask them what training program they used and/or would recommend.
3. Contact the union for the field you are interested in and ask them if they have any training and/or apprenticeship programs.
