Heck yes!
i joined my schools council when i was in 8th grade and continued in it once i started high school.
when you’re on council you meet a lot of awsome people, get to go to a bunch of stuff to help you become a better leader, get to miss a bunch of school, make tons of friends, and it looks amazing on a college transcript.
plus its hekka fun.
trust me i’ve been doing it for the past 4 years.
