Science papers, their style, format and content are usually dictated by each individual science teacher. Your question is hard to discern since it is too broad and open ended. IN general, though, science papers are written to validate, prove or disprove some scientific assumption or theory. It would start with a statement of intent, i.e., what is the purpose of the paper, it would have a list of the assumptions, a detailed description of the work done to prove or disprove the theory, a list of resources used, a conclusion section describing the results, etc.
