Now, I don’t advise violence at any time. Go to the school authorities if you think it will help. My son went through this at a couple of his schools. He, unknown to me, watched videos of fights on the Net and learned how to throw a punch. The next time someone messed with him, once he felt confident, he popped the kid and that was history. He wasn’t bothered again. Before you do this, talk to your own parents about what is going on. They are the ones that should be giving you guidance or interceding on your behalf. If that doesn’t help, talk to the school authorities. Bullying is very much frowned upon these days. If this doesn’t work, and you really shouldn’t fight despite what I said about what my son did, find another way home, or try to avoid the kid. However, please at least try to talk to your parents and let them know how this is affecting you and talk to the school authorities telling them the same. Also, get involved with something that will make your confidence grow. Kids don’t bother kids that have an inner confidence about them. Find something that will help you define who you are to yourself. As you grow up, you will find that doing this will give you so much more than the skills it teaches you. But, do something to take care of yourself whatever you decide that should be (don’t fight and please don’t think I told you to do that).
