If you’re sure it’s not right, tell you parents and have them talk to the school. DO NOT be alone with him. If you parents won’t act, tell the school principal you feel uncomfortable with his behavior. There will be some form of meeting with him (not with you, with the administrators).
As a member of the education community though, please be sure about this, okay? If it could be a coincidence, let it go. In this day and age, even an unfounded accusation could cause this person their career.
Use your best judgment but bring your parents into it if at all possible.

If you are just joking then I would suggest you give him your homework to do for you and if he is keen he will do it.
If you are serious and really being stalked then you should either tell your parents or speak to a trusted teacher or social worker at the school.
