Wow, you’re really a mess aren’t you? Maybe we should get together. Anyway, if you really belive that by using your hands you have affected the shape of your nose, then you should be able to get a plastic device made to shape it better. Think kind of like a goalie mask type of a device, but just for the nose. Depending on how narrow you want it and how compressed to your face is how tight the band holding it in place should be. It should be made of some kind of material that can be adjusted easily but would hold its shap, like aluminum but it would need to be plastic and have smoothed edges. I know they must make this and feel like I’ve seen it before. Try looking on line for nose guards or something to that affect. Lol your nose is probably pretty anyway. You dames are always so self critcal.lol.
