Is a 3.6 GPA good?
The reason for this is I have a B- in Theology and an A+ in AP math.
Will colleges want to accept me to be apart of their school? How can I improve my Theology score for a higher average?

As long as your SAT and/or ACT scores are equally as impressive, this would certainly make you acceptable to many colleges and universities.
You should see if there are any extra-credit projects or activities that the Theology class offers which could allow you to improve your grade point average for this subject.
