How to stay awake??

I get up every day at six a.m and come from school about 1 p.m and. I study all day and go to bed late. The prolem is I become very sleepy and tired somewhere around 4 p.m and I just have to get some sleep. But I can’t afford myself to sleep during the day. How can I make myself stay awake during the day?? Do energy drinks help? Chocolate?

STAY AWAY FROM THE CAFFEINE!

Haha, you have got to trust me on this. Coffee, soda, even energy drinks will make you CRASH. You may stay awake for a short while but if you want to stay up late enough to study, you should opt for an apple and constant water refills (cheaper & healthier).

Even sunflower seeds or something to keep your mouth busy will keep your mind away from sleeeep. Try to stay away from the chocolate too-calories, calories.

Get up every once in a while to stretch or to get some water / bathroom breaks. SPLASH WATER ON YOUR FACE!

If you are working on a long task, split it up into sections so you feel rewarded when you are finished each part. ACCOMPLISHMENT IS STIMULATING!

Try energy drinks… (Don’t EVER drink Rip It!) test them out and see which ones you like…. The newer flavors taste better but try out a few different brands cause they all have different levels of strength…Also to lighten the “harshness” of the taste try drinking them with a lot of ice… Oh and at least at first don’t drink them straight eat something before hand and try to work up a level of tolerance (drink half a can at first to see how that goes).

I’ve found that stout coffee and pork rinds work really well. I’m pretty sure its a combo of caffeine and protein that’s doing the work. sugar is quick energy but it is very short lived and causes the production of insulin which in turn makes you sleepy also.

whenever you experience sleepy, take a walk to the washroom and wash your face. The actual interest facilitates shop you unsleeping. It won’t help in case you sit down continuously for a protracted time.

okay drink red bull. no alchohal dont worry. it keeps you going all day. just dont drink too much or youll be bouncing off the walls
