Ask the college student nicely. If they don’t stop and they arent in your house there isnt much you can do, since they are old enough. You can always tell teenagers not to hang around that person.

When I was a young lady I had a few hussy Friends that would smoke near my dorm and it gave me the peeves, Well I had a surprise for them when they realized I had changed there tobacco from there stogies, with the real deal “wacky Tobachy” they failed all there tests droped out of school. But I was smoke free
