my favorite way of taking notes is the cornell method. that’s what my english teacher taught us in high school and it kind of stuck. what you do is draw a line about a quarter of the way across the page, all the way down to the bottom. in the small column, you write the subtopic that you’re writing about, and in the large column you take notes and draw diagrams. that way you can cover the large column and try to recall what was on it by looking at the topics. at the end of the section (i do one for each lecture or topic) you write a summary that has all the main points of the lecture.
i know it seems like a lot, but it works really well. if that’s too much, you can just do the same basic thing but put it in an outline format like you would do when you’re planning out a research paper.

The easiest way is that you write down the hints of the teacher lecture. Then you should consult some reference books and can have internet used as a reference. Bring those hints to wordy descriptions at home adding your own understanding of the subject matter. Check your notes for any correction and reviwe it until you satisfied with it. You can check it with your class fellows or teacher as well.
