On my Windows XP PC I can go to: Start, All Programs, Accessories, System tools, Character Map. This will open up a program that can copy symbols in Unicode and you can then paste them in any text box, word processor, or anywhere else, for example i can insert: À è í ú. I’m not sure about Vista but it’s worth a try. P.S. I wonder how you inserted the accent in the word fútbol into your question if you didn’t know how?

Or instead of using those you can set your computer up to read and type spanish or any other language you have it set up for.

Ctrl + ‘ + “a” or “e” or “i” or “o” or “u” = accent 🙂 I do that on Microsoft Word.

Ctrl and ‘ (The apostrophe) and a vowel of your choice all at the same time.
