I used to be the same way. In fact, I used to think that my procrastination made me a better student. It didn’t. College requires a great amount of discipline and time management. Get yourself a calendar and a day planner. These helped me immensely because I could visualize what needed to be done when, and it was more manageable and less overwhelming. This will allow you to prioritize as well.
You mentioned the option of staying up all night. Your brain needs rest! The less sleep you get, the more cranky and frustrated you will get and most likely the more poorly you will do on exams.
