he pointed at cats and pigs and SMILED he pointed to the turtle and made a disgusted face cuz he owns turtles

getting out of not doing something would mean you want to do it. But from you’re paragraph it seems that you don’t want to do it.
If you go to a public school you can say that you have moral/ethical/religious opposition to dissections and they cannot punish you for it..
