well anyway u can try shutting the water off and then taking a plunger to the toilet to try to get the paper towel out maybe idont kno for sure but keep the water off until ur mom comess home so she can fix it

to turn the water off to ur toilet there should be a knob in behing you toilet twist that till its tight the opposite direction

Get a wire hanger and straighten it all except the hook that you hang it up with and then use it to try to grab onto the paper towel down the pipe.

After you have pulled it out as much as possible, get the plunger and use it. Put it over the hole and push down and up several times to force what is left through the pipe then flush the toilet again.

Because you have already turned off the water it can’t put any more then what is in the tank in the back into the toilet so it won’t be enough to overflow again.

Once you have it flowing freely turn the water back on with the tap at the back of the toilet.

the tap is usually silver and attached to the wall and at the bottom behind the toilet.

Are you really strong enough to use a plunger?

Stick that down the tube and pump it, should eventually begin to unclog, then just flush again,

just tell yor ssister to stop flushing it cuz the more u flush it the more it over flows…
