I’d say that all Bush’s speeches I heard qualify with honors for worst political speech. But, I have to tell you, all political speeches I hear get pretty low grades on my scale. I say “that I hear” because I want to be fair. Maybe there’s one speech somewhere that’s really good but I didn’t have the chance to hear. I end the answer right here because I’m laughing so hard that I’m slipping off my chair
