Web-sites aren’t free , first it will cost you to have it, I don’t think that is much, but for someone to build it for free, you probubly won’t find that. I’d suggest contacting students at a local college and ask if they may be interested. Also yahoo, and many other places on the net, have step by step web page builders. I’m a graphic Designer, and not many people do work like that for free. You may try to list it or request a student to help you as “pro-bono” work.
