`hello please hold on for my caller` or `hello please hold on for your caller`? Which one is good English? I`m a receptionist & i make calls for people

or you could try “Hello? Yes..Please wait a moment, sir/ ma’am”

That’s simple and to the point.

If you are choosing between those two, it would be the second one. However, it is easier to say, “Please hold”. Then you don’t have to worry about using any improper words, and everyone should understand that.
